• The Plate Management Module is tightly integrated into the Vision PLUS Desktop, making it easy to make the most of your valuable material inventory. Remnant shapes and sizes are automatically generated from the unused portion of plates. Plate inventory is automatically updated simply by assigning a nest to a plate.
  
• The PMM makes nest generation easy, allowing the user to pick the plate or remnant from inventory instead of defining the plate size. The database retains the information relating each nest to a specific plate.
  
• Graphical display of a plate or remnant can be done with a click of a button. Any geometry can be imported as a plate or remnant. Tracking plate history, updating information and creating printouts are just a few of the functions in the PMM. Remnant plates are named automatically from the nest name. Entries for the plate name, material, thick-ness, delivery date and quantities are available and can be updated/changed. Field names can be modified or rearranged as desired.
