ESAB’s Vision PLUS CNC package gives machine operators the ability to post DXF files and draw parts right at the Vision PC or Vision NT controller. Vision PLUS CNC includes many features that simplify creation of a CNC program from geometrical information.

- Drawing Files are easily imported and geometry layers located automatically. Open contours or geometrical errors are detected and shown graphically. Assignment to the machine process can take place by layer or line-type definition. Marking and cutting can be programmed in the same file and posted automatically; no manual intervention is required.
- Cutting Sequence can be done automatically when working with one process or multiple processes. You can also single out certain internal cuts in the middle of the nest and change them to a different process in a few easy steps.
