Extra Information
Cutting and tracing speeds range from 4 - 150 ipm (101.6 - 3810mm/min), selectable by size of the magnetic rotor. The speed range required depends on the application, plate thickness, type of material and process. Rotors are available from 1/8 in. to 7/8 in., in 1/16 in. increments. The direct-drive motor allows precise speed control. The Ultra-Graph can be used for oxy-fuel or plasma-arc cutting or Plasma, MIG and TIG welding.
The following easy-to-use controls are available for the Ultra-Graph. Choose the one that best suits your needs.
DC Series Control - Features a solid-state, single bridge rectified AC circuit to produce the widest possible speed range. DC Series Control panel includes a power switch, calibrated speed dial, speed adjusting knob and a clockwise-counterclockwise switch.
RC Series Control - Total oxy-fuel cutting control is at your fingertips with the exclusive RC Series. In addition to the functions found on the DC Series Control, the RC Series features control of preheat gases, cutting gas and torch ignition. For example, you can extinguish and re-ignite the torch from the control panel, with no adjustments. Positive action buttons operate in sequence to handle a variety of functions as well.
