Extra Information
A unitized rail system provides a steady base for accurate motion and also eases installation. This design isolates the machine’s guiding rail system from the cutting table, preventing vibration feedback through the base structure.
The Hydrocut PR is available in widths of 4 ft., 5 ft., or 6 ft. It can be equipped with ESAB’s Vision™ Computer Numerical Control for the most advanced waterjet optimized motion control in the industry. Process control for any material is as easy as selecting the material type and thickness.
The Hydrocut PR can also be equipped with a plasma cutting torch, to allow multi-process cutting. This patented combination of processes allows more flexibility and maximizes efficiency and quality as required. Other options include Automatic Height Control, a spreader bar for dual head cutting, the Video-Path tracing system, hand pendant, way covers and laser pointer.
