ESAB offers the Vision family of Computer Numerical Controls for use with its complete line of cutting machines. Designed exclusively for cutting machines, the Vision control combines ease of use with extremely powerful features designed to simplify and automate numerically controlled cutting.

Vision LE

The Vision LE is a modular CNC system configurable to meet the needs of any cutting application. It combines a solid-state PC-based control with a reliable operating system to create a simple but powerful cutting machine control. Available with either a monochrome or color LCD display, it provides real-time graphics of tool position, graphical editing, and shape library data entry. This entry level control even has advanced features including multi-tasking, kerf-override, and program parking. Optional modules provide a floppy disk drive, 8 position joystick, E-stop button, and an interface to ESAB’s exclusive Remote I/O system.

Vision PC

The Vision PC brings cutting machine control to a new level with an industrial Windows based CNC. A color LCD display provides reliable color graphics in a small package. Easily networkable, this control comes standard with Remote Diagnostics, and an internal hard disk drive allows high speed access to nearly unlimited part program storage.

Vision NT

The Vision NT is the only truly “Open Architecture” cutting machine controller, providing system expandability and full access to the Windows Operating System. Achieve a new level of factory automation and integration with this control, designed for the network/intranet environment.

Vision PC-R

With built-in I/O and process control switch panels, this controller can easily replace your old CNC with reliable, up-to-date technology, and a host of new features and capabilities.

Vision™ 52

ESAB'S new Vision™ 52 cutting machine controller is designed to provide rugged reliability in the harshest environments by utilizing solid-state hard drive, industrial PC-based components and the most reliable Windows®-based platforms ever built.

Vision™ 55

ESAB's new Vision™ 55 CNC adds Windows® XP Embedded running on a dual-processor system to provide true open architecture capability. The Vision 55 controls complex processes such as plasma or oxy-fuel beveling.
