MIG 4HD
This lightweight, four-roll drive machine features a compact, well balanced design suitable for stationary or portable applications.
Features
- This wire feeder comes complete with internal gas solenoid, 8 ft. control cable, 9-1/2 ft. gas hose with fittings, .035/.045 in. (.9/1.2 mm) drive rolls, and guide tube.
- Designed with safety in mind, the MIG 4HD incorporates low 42 vac input power, low 12v torch circuitry, enclosed wire drive and drive motor overload protection.
- Provides excellent mig welding performance.
- 4-roll drive is standard. Two .035/.045 in. (.9/1.2 mm) dual groove drive rolls and two pressure rolls are included. Can also be used as a 2-roll drive feeder.
- 50-750 ipm (1.3-1.9 mm) wire feed speed range standard.
- Electronic Dynamic Braking for regulated stops.
- Gas purge switch, cold wire inch switch(jog), and remote power source voltage control are standard.
- Quality manufacturing system certified to ISO 9002.
- Three-year warranty.
