Dual Shield T-75H

Dual Shield T-75H is a CO2 shielded, large diameter basic slag flux cored
wire designed to provide weld deposits having excellent impact
toughness and low diffusible hydrogen (less than 6 ml/100g). In addition, it
provides a weld deposit that is highly resistant to solidification cracking,
even in highly restrained joints.

Features

Dual Shield T-75H is a CO2 shielded, large diameter basic slag flux cored wire designed to provide weld deposits having excellent impact toughness and low diffusible hydrogen (less than 6 ml/100g). In addition, it provides a weld deposit that is highly resistant to solidification cracking, even in highly restrained joints. Dual Shield T-75H is recommended for single and multiple pass welding of low and medium carbon steels in the flat and horizontal positions. It is especially suited for heavy equipment fabrication where low hydrogen deposits are required. It is also recommended for joining high strength steels to plain carbon steels.
