Dual Shield 80-C3 is a flux cored wire designed for use with CO2 shielding. It deposits a nominally 1% Ni weld metal with impact toughness at temperatures as low as -20°F (-28°C). It features a stable arc and easily controlled weld puddle. The thin cover of slag is easily removed, even from deep grooves. Spatter levels are generally low. X-ray quality welds can easily be produced with Dual Shield 80-C3
