Extra Info

Joining carbon and alloy steels, as well as many non-ferrous materials. Widely used on production of bicycles, furniture, ornamental railings, radiators and other large volume items in conjunction with the All-State Jet Flux dispensing units where speed and highest quality are required.

Procedure

Clean joint area. Assemble parts making sure a close fit is maintained. A joint clearance of .001" to .003" will give maximum strengths. If All-State No. 11FC is used, heat base metal to a dull red; melt small amount of flux and alloy off at the joint and continue to heat until alloy flows.
