A self-fluxing brazing alloy for copper to copper joining. Use for higher ductility in joints where close fit-up is impossible (.002" to .006") and electrical conductivity is important. Do not use with ferrous metals. For best result use with All-State S-200 or No.110 when joining copper to brass or bronze.

Clean joint area. Jigs and fixtures will help hold parts in place. Paint brass and bronze parts with All-State No. 110 or S-200 Flux. Use a large tip, heat broadly until flux liquifies or copper turns dull red. Apply sufficient alloy to fill joint. Do not overheat or remelt. Submerge in hot water and brush to remove flux. Ten percent sulfuric acid and water solution will restore copper color. Rinse with clear hot water.
