An electrode that produces sound, porosity-free welds on bronze, cast-iron, steel and some brass and copper alloys (non-lead) as well as to each other. The higher the copper content of the part, the higher the required pre-heat.
A DC reverse phosphor bronze electrode for welding bronze, brass, copper, cast iron, steel, and dissimilar metals. Smooth, high strength deposits can be made in all positions.

Recommended for high strength welds on phosphor bronze materials. This electrode can also be used to join copper and brasses. It is commonly used as an overlay on cast iron or steel and to join dissimilar metals. Superior for maintenance repair and fabrication of valve bodies, seats, bearings, bushings, gears, propellers, impeller blades and housings. Often used to replace torch application for frictional wear on heavier sections.
