TIG rod for high alloy, carbon and stainless steels.
An AC/DC reverse, all-position electrode that will produce highest tensile and yield strengths on tool, high alloy, spring, stainless, (including 330 stainless), nickel clad and dissimilar steels. Machinable.

| Deposit | Magnetic(cannot be heat treated) |
All-State 275-T will produce weld deposits with exceptional tensile strength and elongation. This machinable alloy is a most versatile maintenance tool because of its ability to join a wide range of alloys and stainless steels. All-State 275-T is non-heat treatable. For joining high carbon, low carbon steels, high manganese, stainless and die steels. Dissimilar steels are readily welded. Typically used to weld-repair hot and cold shears, drill shanks, springs, heat treat baskets, nickel clad steels, aircraft steels and mild steels. Also used as cushion for air hardening and high speed tool steels. Deposits cannot be flame cut.
Direct current, straight polarity with Argon gas and a Thoriated Tungsten electrode is suggested. Remove all surface contamination, fatigued or cracked metal. Preheat, interpass temperature and postheat treatment will be determined by base metal chemistry. Where tool steels are involved, the use of starting high frequency is advised.
