ALL-STATE 275 SUPER
Nicknamed by maintenance and repair users as "Old Reliable," this super electrode produces an outstanding bead appearance and has easy slag removal. Use on tool, high alloy, spring, nickel-clad, stainless and dissimilar steels. Easily handless dirty, greasy and rusty meatls when cleaning is not possible.

Extra Info
A high strength coupled with low amperage demand has created an excellent electrode for a wide variety of alloy steels and tools, dies and complicated sections. A short arc is necessary.
Procedure
Clean all surfaces to be welded. Preheating is generally not necessary. On some high alloy steel sections, a preheat of 300° - 500°F (149° - 260°C) may be required. Stringer beads should be used. Allow welds to cool prior to removing slag.
