ALL-STATE OVERLAY 5759HW
A versatile flux cored wire that is ideal for maintenance and repair applications. It is resistant to both heat corrosion. Overlay 5759 HW is an excellent choice to use as an overlay as well as abrasion and impact. Use on carbon steel, alloy steel, manganese steel and cast iron. Build-up: 2 or 3 passes.
Features
Excellent toughness metal-cored hard overlay with good abrasion resistance and heat resistance to up to 1100°F (599°C) and still maintains a good cutting edge. Use with CO2, but best results are obtained with Argon/CO2 mixtures. Deposit hardness 57-59 RC.
