ALL-STATE Kore-Bide 6200

A smooth running, low amperage tubular electrode that provides outstanding abrasion resistance. Use for pump impellers, snow plow shoes, feed screws, dozer end bits and many other applications. Build-up: 2 or 3 passes.

Outstanding abrasion resistance on steel or grey cast iron in brick extrusion augers, pump impellers, snow plow shoes, feed screws, dozer end bits, mixer paddles, scraper blades. RC 58 to 62.

Procedure

Best results achieved by using low amperage, holding arc length at 2/3 of the electrode diameter and perpendicular to the work piece. Multiple beads can be deposited without deslagging between layers.
