Arcaloy nickel electrodes are premium electrodes for welding nickel alloys to dissimilar steels. These electrodes provide excellent qualities when specs call for extreme temperatures in combination with impact toughness and strength.
Arcaloy 8N12 (ENiCrFe-3)
Arcaloy 8N12 electrodes are intended for the welding of high nickel alloys to other nickel alloys, stainless and low alloy steels.
OK 92.55 (ENiCRMo-6)
OK 92.55 is designed to weld 9% nickel steels giving an optimum strength and toughness combination down to 320°F (-196°C).
Arcaloy 9N10 (ENiCu-7)
Arcaloy 9N10 is intended to weld Monel* 400 to low alloy and stainless steels.
