Arcaloy ER308L (ER308/308L)

Arcaloy ER308L is a low carbon grade of 308 designed for MIG or TIG of stainless steels such as AISI 301, 304, 304L steels.

Arcaloy ER308/308H (ER308/308H)

Arcaloy ER308/308H is a high carbon grade of 308 for higher temperature requirements.

Arcaloy ER308LSi (ER308Si/308LSi)

Arcaloy ER308LSi is a silicon enhanced MIG wire which significantly increases wetting action, resulting in a smooth weld to improve weldability and performance on 304 steels.

Arcaloy ER309L (ER309/309L)

Arcaloy ER309L is a low carbon grade of 309 for MIG or TIG welding.

Arcaloy ER309LSi (ER309Si/309LSi)

Arcaloy ER309LSi is a silicon enhanced grade of 309 which improves the welding properties such as wetting. Arcaloy ER309LSi has good general corrosion resistance.

Arcaloy ER310 (ER310)

Arcaloy ER310 is used to weld stainless steel of similar composition.

Arcaloy ER312 (ER312)

Arcaloy ER312 is used for welding stainless steels to mild steels and for welding high strength steels difficult to weld with ferritic electrodes.

Arcaloy ER316L (ER316/316L)

Arcaloy ER316L is a low carbon grade of 316 designed for MIG or SAW of stainless steels. Can be used in combination with OK Flux 10.93 or 10.94.

Arcaloy ER317L (ER317/317L)

Arcaloy 317L is a continuous, solid, corrosion-resistant, chromium-nickel-molybdenum wire for welding of austenitic stainless alloys of 19% Cr, 13% Ni, 3% Mo types. Arcaloy 317L can be used in combination with OK Flux 10.93 or 10.94.

Arcaloy ER316LSi (ER316Si/316LSi)

Arcaloy ER316LSi is a low carbon, high silicon grade of 316. The addition of silicon improves the weldability and performance.

Arcaloy ER320LR (ER320LR)

Arcaloy ER320LR Tigrod is designed for welding Carpenter 20Cb-3® type stainless steels.

Arcaloy ER347 (ER347)

Arcaloy ER347 is a columbium stabilized stainless steel for welding types 347and 321 stainless, come in MIG, TIG, and SAW forms. Can be used in combination with OK Flux 10.93, 10.94, and/or 10.95.

Arcaloy ER409Cb (ER409Cb)

Arcaloy ER409Cb is a ferritic stainless steel stabilized with Niobium for joining 409 stainless.

Arcaloy ER410 (ER410)

Arcaloy ER410 is used to weld stainless steel of similar analysis.

OK Autrod 16.95 (307Si, No AWS Class)

OK Autrod 16.95 (307Si) is a high silicon MIG wire that improves wetting characteristics of the weld deposit. This alloy is used for joining of austenitic, manganese, work-hardenable steels, as well as armour plate and heat-resistant steels.

OK Autrod 2209 (ER2209)

OK Autrod 2209 is a duplex stainless steel for welding type 2205 duplex stainless. As a SAW wire it can be used in combination with OK Flux 10.93.

OK Autrod 308L (ER308/308L)

OK Autrod 308L is a low carbon MIG wire and has good general corrosion resistance.

OK Autrod 308LSi (ER308Si/308LSi)

OK Autrod 308LSi has good general corrosion resistance. This high silicon MIG wire improves wetting characteristics of the weld deposit.

OK Autrod 309L (ER309/309L)

OK Autrod 309L is a continuous, solid, corrosion-resistant, chromium-nickel wire for welding of similar steels, wrought and cast steels of 23% Cr - 12% Ni types.

OK Autrod 309LSi (ER309Si/309LSi)

OK Autrod 309LSi has good general corrosion resistance. This high silicon MIG wire improves the wetting characteristics of the weld deposit.

OK Autrod 316L (ER316/316L)

OK Autrod 316L is a low carbon, stainless wire for submerged arc welding of corrosion-resistant steels, such as steels of the AISI 316 and 316L. Can be used in combination with OK Flux 10.93 or 10.94.

OK Autrod 316LSi (ER316Si/316LSi)

OK Autrod 316LSi is a bare, corrosion-resistance, austenitic stainless for welding 316 steels. This high silicon MIG wire improves the wetting characteristics of the weld deposit.

OK Tigrod 2509 (No AWS Class)

OK Tigrod 2509 is a super duplex grade for high resistance to intergranular corrosion and pitting. The alloy is widely used in applications in which corrosion resistance is of the utmost importance. Can be used in combination with OK Flux 10.94.

OK Tigrod 308L (ER308/308L)

OK Tigrod 308L is a bare, corrosion-resistant, chromium-nickel TIG rod. OK Tigrod 308L has a good general corrosion resistance. The alloy has a low carbon content which makes this alloy particularly recommended where there is a risk of intergranular corrosion.

OK Tigrod 308LSi (ER308Si/308LSi)

OK Tigrod 308LSi has good general corrosion resistance. This high silicon Tigrod improves the welding properties such as wetting.

OK Tigrod 309L (ER309/309L)

OK Tigrod 309L is used for welding buffer layers on CMn steels and for welding dissimilar joints. When using the wire for buffer layers and dissimilar joints, it is necessary to control the dilution of the weld.

OK Tigrod 309LSi (ER309Si/309LSi)

OK Tigrod 309LSi has good general corrosion resistance. The higher silicon content improves the welding properties such as wetting.

OK Tigrod 316L (ER316/316L)

OK Tigrod 316L has good general corrosion resistance, particularly to corrosion in acid and chlorinated environments. This alloy has a low carbon content which makes it particularly recommended when there is a risk of intergranular corrosion.

OK Tigrod 316LSi (ER316Si/316LSi)

OK Tigrod 316LSi is a bare, corrosion-resistant, austenitic stainless for welding 316 steels. This high silicon Tigrod improves the wetting characteristics of the weld deposit.
