TWD Supersaver Turntable Wire Dispenser

The TWD Supersaver dispenses 250, 700, & 1000 lb. wooden reels and 1000 lb. reel-less coils of .035" to 1/16" diameter welding wire at wire feed speeds up to 1000 inches per minute. Will also handle large diameter flux cored wires up to 500 inches per minute. A unique wire tension system gives maximum wire control during acceleration and braking. Wire flipping (arc wander, rotation, etc.) is eliminated using the TWD Supersaver because the package rotates as the wire is dispensed.

Turntable Wire Dispenser

Submerged Arc and flux cored wire in drums will pay-off with more reliability and uniformity when the drum rotates. The wire feeds without flipping or rotating in the torch. The turntable is a heavy-duty dispenser designed for submerged arc and flux cored wire in 500#, 700#, and 1000# drums. It can be bare wire fed, or fed through a conduit, although conduit is not recommended for wire larger than 1/8 inch diameter. If using conduit, the conduit and QCA kit must be purchased separately.

RWD Rotary Wire Dispenser

The Rotary Wire Dispenser (RWD) is a low cost payoff device used to feed wire off stationary 250# to 1000# wood reels. This dispenser fits reel diameters of 18" to 30" and can be used on reels with either 1 15/16" or 5 1/16" arbor holes.
