ESP-50 / PT-35 Mechanized Plasma Cutting Package

The ESP-50 mechanized cutting package is designed to provide increased performance and lower consumable life for high production at lower costs. Its 50-amp output at 100% duty cycle allows continuous operation, even at maximum thickness. It cuts up to 1/2 in. (12.7 mm).

Features

  • 100% Duty Cycle for enhanced productivity allowing for continuous operation even when operating at maximum thickness.
  • Machined torch body with 1-3/8” metal handle and 32-pitch rack fits standard torch holders. Also available without rack.
  • Utilizes a “drawn arc” to initiate the cut which eliminates high frequency interference from the starting circuits.
  • Robust machined torch components provide for reliability, durability and ease of maintenance.
  • Metal nozzle and retaining cup stand up to the toughest cutting conditions.
  • Cuts the entire working range with a single set of consumables, thin gauge to 1/2 in. material. This reduces the number of required setups, reduces wear parts inventory and simplifies re-ordering. Two nozzles are offered, one optimized for gauge sheets the other for plate cutting. Either nozzle will cut the entire range.
  • Electronically controlled pilot arc provides for consistent starting and incorporates automatic restrike for grate cutting and duct-cutting.
  • A full CNC/Robotic interface is standard.
  • The console is prewired with a 25 ft. (7.6m) work cable, 50 ft. (15m) CNC interface cable and 6 ft. power cable (3m on CE rated units). Adapter plugs to match competitive system interface cables are available.
  • Wear parts are available individually, in sets and in value packs which eases ordering and saves money.
