Using the Transition Module, 3-D transitions can be configured quickly and easily, with graphical 3-D views that let you see exactly what shape you are creating. Integration with your CAD drawing system gives you flexibility to make changes or additions to the part, such as adding marked lines or additional holes if necessary. If the part is correct as is, it can be taken directly to Vision PLUS, for nesting or post-processing. Creating a customer-specific transition is very simple, therefore ESAB can provide almost any 3-D transition your application requires.
