Portable Machines

ESAB's portable oxy-fuel and plasma cutters serve as the industry standard for single torch cutting. These light weight, portable machines are perfect for use in metal fabricating shops or as supplemental equipment to heavy duty cutters in large plants, shipyards, or mills. Both the Ultra-Line and Ultra-Graphs are easy to use, inexpensive, and accurate.

Cantilever Machines

These cantilever systems can operate as both oxy-fuel or plasma cutting machines. In fact, the Silhouette 1000 can even be configured to accommodate both plasma and multiple oxy-fuel torches on the same machine. These cutting machines are packed with features and are ideal for manufacturers and fabricators looking to improve productivity.

Small Gantries

ESAB's line of small gantry CNC cutting machines covers a wide variety of uses and industries. These machines are excellent choices for the entry-level manufacturers, schools, small fabricators, and even high-volume HVAC shops.

Medium Gantries

Large Gantries

The Avenger Series of large gantry cutting machines set the standard for heavy duty CNC oxy-fuel and plasma cutting machines. These machines are extremely flexible and can accommodate numerous cutting processes, including oxy-fuel cutting, plasma cutting, oxy-fuel beveling, plasma beveling, plasma marking, punch marking, ink jet marking, zinc marking, drilling, and routing.

WaterJet Systems

ESAB has harnessed the power of water in the Hydrocut™ Waterjet System, the first family of waterjet cutting machines to combine the versatility of waterjet cutting with our gantry and control technology for exceptionally efficient and accurate cutting. ESAB owns the patent on thermal and non-thermal process on the same gantry so it is easy to combine waterjet, conventional plasma and/or Precision plasma, oxyfuel and stone routing on the same machine.

Laser Cutting Systems

The Alpharex Laser Cutting Machine is extremely versatile and flexible. Carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum can be cut up to 17 ft. wide and almost unlimited length. The specially designed laser resonator is mounted on, and moves with the machine in the longitudinal direction, while in the transverse direction a single flying optic guides the laser. This eliminates beam divergence along the longitudinal axis, ensuring the laser intensity and cut quality remain constant.

Computer Numerical Controls

ESAB offers the Vision family of Computer Numerical Controls for use with its complete line of cutting machines. Designed exclusively for cutting machines, the Vision control combines ease of use with extremely powerful features designed to simplify and automate numerically controlled cutting.

Bevel Cutting Systems

ESAB has a bevel cutting system for virtually every production requirement. Our bevel cutting systems range from simple systems designed for straight line edge preparation all the way to fully automatic systems designed for intricate contour variable bevel cuts. ESAB is also the only provider to deliver beveling systems for any cutting process, including plasma, oxy-fuel, laser and waterjet.

Programming Software

ESAB’s Columbus part programming and nesting system is an advanced software package designed specifically for plasma, oxy-fuel, laser, and waterjet cutting. A set of integrated modules can be combined to provide exactly the features and capabilities that you need. These modules include advanced nesting, data and plate management capability, and advanced 3-D transition generation capabilities.
