AB Oxy/Fuel Burners
L-TEC Oxy-Fuel Burners provide a versatile source of primary or auxiliary heat for many industrial processes. By reversing the inlet supply, AB Burners can also be used for heavy cutting.
Features
- Efficient oxygen-fuel mixing provides a stable high-temperature flame combined with the performance of post-mixing capability.
- Overall L-TEC design simpicity contributes to smooth, dependable operation with minimum maintenance.
- Durable materials plus strong, welded construction prove ideal for demanding service. The front end of the burner is an oxygen-free, high-thermal-conductivity copper forging designed specifically for prolonged exposure to furnace atmospheres.
- "O" rings provide a sliding seal between passages to permit flexibility without leakage as the burner expands and contracts.
- L-TEC's removable stainless steel liquid fuel pipe simplifies maintenance. Slag accumulations in the fuel gas passage at the burner tip can be cleaned without the bother of removing the entire unit from the furnace.
