Automated Powder Dispensers
The OXWELD automated iron powder dispenser is designed for general powder cutting operations.
Features
- Dispensers are sturdily constructed. Container is a one-piece shell with an easily removed cover secured by heavy swivel-mounted screws and wing nuts, with a capacity of 400 lbs.
- A removable screen is fitted into the top of the hopper to sift out any lumps of powder or foreign material, which might other wise clog the flow or cause erratic operation of the powder ejector unit.
- Operating components (ejector, N2 regulator, relief valve, solenoid valves, etc.) are mounted outside the dispenser to simplify maintenance.
- The dispensers are equipped with a mechanical N2 dryer/filter to eliminate air-entrained foreign particles and to prevent powder from becoming damp and clogging the ejector and powder hose.
- Manipulating the powder ejector adjusting screw by hand readily controls powder flow.
- All dispensers are equipped with an N2 safety relief valve.
