Spoolarc 83 es un alambre ER80S-D2/ER90S-D2 con 0.5% Mo para proveer alta dureza en el depósito de ambos, las condiciones de soldadura y de esfuerzo.

Spoolarc 83 contttttiene 0.5% Mo para proveer una mayor dureza de depósito en ambas condiciones (la soldada y el esfuerzo liberado). Contttttiene altos niveles de manganeso y silicio para proveer una buena fluidez de soldadura y tolerancia al óxido y al sarro. Spoolarc 83 es también utilizado para la soldadura fuera de posición de grandes tubos tensores y tubería comúnmente encontrada en equipo de construcción y de sísmicos. Esta disponible en formas compatibles con la soldadura MIG y TIG.
