DUAL SHIELD R-70 Ultra es un alambre tubular que está quimicamente balanceado lo cual permite una tolerancia de mil -scale- y oxidos de la superficie lo cuál está normalmente asociado con un tipo de alambre E70T-1. The serie "Ultra" produce características de un arco mas suave y produce menos humo que cualquier otro tipo. La prueba de resistencia, así como las condiciones de sueldado fueron mejoradas con este alambre. La dureza en las condiciones para fundir son mejoradas en este alambre. La superficie es plana para que se cubra por completo la área de trabajo. Dual Shield R-70 Ultra wire está diseñado para aplicaciones simples o múltiples en aceros de bajo o medio carbón. El producto se especializa en las posiciones horizontal o vertical solo con CO2. Las áreas de aplicación incluyen: rieles, equipo pesado y fabricación general.
