Dual Shield 85-C1 es un alambre multipase.
Dual Shield 85-C1 es un alambre multipase con electrodos desarollado para producir metales fundidos que contengan nominalmente 2.5% Ni con excelentes propiedades mecánicas y una buena fuerza en los cortes que resisten temperaturas bajas como -75ºF (-60ºC). El metal fundido se junta con severos estándares de rayos X en ambas condiciones en fundicion y en condiciones liberadoras de estress usando el 100% de gas CO2. La capa de escoria es muy facil de remover, cuando los arcos son expuestos a las fundiciones.Los filetes son un poco curveados con patas del mismo tamaño. El análisis del metal fundido es similar al de E8018-C1 de bajos electródos de hidrógeno.
