This Aristo™Feed wire feeder features a galvanized metal casing for use in tough environments and an electronically controlled feeding mechanism to provide an accurate and stable arc.

Sturdy and reliable
The sturdy design of the ESAB Aristo™Feed 3004, with its galvanized metal casing, makes these units ideal for use in tough environments. Electronically controlled feeding gives an accurate and stable arc and the 4-roll feeder mechanism with grooves in both the feed roll and pressure roll give a stable feed with low wear on the wire, all of which helps to avoid operational disturbances.
The feeders are available with 30 mm drive rolls for use with wires up to 1/16” (1.6 mm) diameter.
All adjustments are made on the man-machine communication panels(MMC) of the feeder, giving a good overview of the settings.
ESAB LogicPump ELP, ensures automatic start of the water pump when a water cooled torch is connected, this prevents overheating of the welding torch.
Easy Service and Maintenance
All wear parts can be exchanged without tools.One single pressure device makes it easy to adjust the appropriate feeding pressure. All electronic components are protected in a separate compartment.
Designed for Flexibility
A variety of combinations are available with the man-machine communication panel (MMC) Aristo™ U6 and the operator pendant Aristo™ U82. All feeders are delivered with a spool enclosure and equipped with quick connectors for easy connection of water-cooled torches.
The control panels are easy to operate and allow accurate settings to satisfy a range of different user demands.
Aristo™Feed 3004 can be equipped with a push-pull MIG torch, counterbalance device, lifting eye or a wheel kit for increased mobility.
Aristo™Feed 3004 can be used with ESAB’s CANbus enabled power supplies including the Origo™Mig 4002c, Origo™Mig 5002cw, and Aristo™Mig 5000i.
