Arcaloy nickel electrodes are premium electrodes for welding nickel alloys to dissimilar steels. These electrodes provide excellent qualities when specs call for extreme temperatures in combination with impact toughness and strength.

Arcaloy 276 (ENiCrMo-4)

Arcaloy 276 is a NiCrMo-4 alloy designed for joining, cladding or surfacing nickel based alloys and stainless steel.

Arcaloy 9N10 (ENiCu-7)

Arcaloy 9N10 is intended to weld Monel* 400 to low alloy and stainless steels.

OK 92.15 (ENiCrFe-2)

OK 92.15 is a nickel-based electrode for welding Inconel 600 and similar alloys, cryogenic steels(e.g. 9Ni and 5Ni steels), martensitic to austenitic steels, dissimilar steels and heat-resistant steel castings with limited weldability.

OK 92.26 (ENiCrFe-3)

A nickel-based electrode for welding nickel alloys such as Inconel 600 and similar Inconel alloys, cryogenic steels, martensitic to austenitic steels,dissimilar steels, heat-resistant steels and castings with limited weldability.

OK 92.45 (ENiCrMo-3)

OK 92.45 is a NiCrMoNb-based electrode for welding nickel alloys of the same or similar type, like Inconel 625, and for welding 5Ni and 9Ni steel. OK 92.45 is also suitable for welding UNS S31254 steel.
