Solid Wire - Nickel Base

ESAB supplies an assortment of nickel steel alloys for GMAW, GTAW & SAW applications. All such alloys are pretest for wire chemistry prior to shipping and are supplied with a Certificate of Analysis. Submerged arc fluxes are available for all applicable alloys.

Arcaloy ER82 (ERNiCr-3)

Arcaloy ER82 is used for TIG, MIG, and SAW welding of base materials such as ASTM B163, B166, B167, and B168 alloys which have UNS Number N0660.

Arcaloy ER276 (ERNiCrMo-4)

Arcaloy ER276 is a Ni-Cr-Mo alloy designed for joining or cladding where resistance to stress corrosion cracking, pitting and crevice corrosion is essential.

Arcaloy 625 (ERNiCrMo-3 )

Arcaloy ER625 is a Ni-Cr-Mo alloy designed for cladding iron and joining similar steels or dissimilar steels such as stainless and low alloy materials.
