Cored Wire - Carbon / Low Alloy Steel

The ESAB pioneered the development of gas shielded flux cored arc welding and introduced the process to the world in 1957. Over the years, Alloy Rods have maintained a leadership position in developing and perfecting the flux cored wires to meet your expectations. Today we offer the most complete line of Dual Shield, Mild Steel and Low Alloy cored wires as well as Coreweld metal cored wires and Coreshield self shielded cored wires.

Cored Wire - Stainless Steel

ESAB offers the most complete line of stainless flux cored wires in all the alloy compositions including duplex. The Shield Bright line of stainless flux cored wires are specially formulated to provide high deposition rates and efficiencies, high welder appeal and quality welds and self peeling slag in out of position welding. The Shield Bright X-tra line of stainless cored wires was developed to maximize performance in the horizontal welding position.

Covered Electrodes - Carbon / Low Alloy Steel

Atom Arc electrodes have set the benchmark for others to follow for over a half century. Performance is the key reason that Sureweld and Atom Arc covered electrodes are selected for high production radiographic welds meeting the strictest mechanical properties. Both lines are tested in accordance with various AWS classifications and conform to strict Military specifications

Covered Electrodes - Cast Iron

Nickel-Arc covered electrodes are specially formulated for welding and repair of cast iron materials. The arc characteristics optimize the maximum efficiency while providing the user with the utmost quality and reliability.

Covered Electrodes - Hard Surfacing

Wear-Arc covered electrodes are uniquely designed for hard-surfacing and build-up. These electrodes provide maximum resistance to specific destructive wear factors such as abrasion, compression, deformation, heat or corrosion.

For the welder, an Arcaloy electrode deposit meets the quality control standards and produces results that he can be proud of. Submerged Arc Fluxes

Solid Wire - Nickel Base

ESAB supplies an assortment of nickel steel alloys for GMAW, GTAW & SAW applications. All such alloys are pretested for wire chemistry prior to shipping and are supplied with a Certificate of Analysis. Submerged arc fluxes are available for all applicable alloys.

Solid Wire - Stainless Steel

Arcaloy bare stainless steel spools, coils and cut lengths are manufactured under a carefully administered, high standard quality control program developed through years of experience in welding wire production. Temper, cast, helix and surface finish are closely controlled, as the uniformity of these properties is essential to the maximum efficiency of your weld.

Submerged Arc Wire
